Kevin was a leading specialist restructuring & insolvency lawyer for 23 years, having qualified in 2002 just before the Enterprise Act came into force, heralding the advent of out of court administration appointments.
Since then Kevin has overseen and transacted hundreds of pre-pack administration deals of all shapes and sizes and a variety of sectors for IPs up and down the country, from large national practices to boutique regional firms, as well as acting buyer side countless times.
Kevin is now an appointment taking IP, having passed the JIEB exams in 2007 and having held a licence since 2009.
He brings a wealth of both practical experience and technical expertise to the role of Evaluator as well as being approachable and "intelligent, commercial and easy to deal with" (Legal 500 2024 edition).
Chris has been an insolvency practitioner for over 12 years, previously working for the Official Receivers’ office.
He combines experience with an encyclopedic knowledge of insolvency law and best practice coupled with an entrepreneurial outlook. Skilled in Risk Management, Bankruptcy, Liquidation, and Debt Restructuring, Chris brings the best mixture of legal diligence, technical proficiency and real-world business sensibility and practicality.

We hold professional indemnity insurance to cover the services of an Evaluator.
Our charges are flexible and based on the circumstances of the individual case.
Evaluators are available for calls with the purchasers and the office holders as necessary during the engagement.
